I am ALWAYS on the hunt for easy peasy salads. So when I saw this I was delighted! Spinach, pine nuts, craisins and dressing. Yup. That's it... really, there are no other ingredients. LOVE it.
P.S. If you haven't already checked out the Loerke's blog, DO IT. It makes me smile everytime. :)
